Leadership Team

Daniel Brannon

Founder/CEO, The IMPACT Society, Inc.

Danny’s vision for the IMPACT Society stems from overcoming a difficult childhood and troubled adolescence. In 2011, Danny was honored in Washington, DC as 1 of 20 winners out of 20,000 applicants for the prestigious National Pearson Prize for Higher Education. Danny graduated summa cum laude from AACC with an AAS in Addictions Counseling. He is CEO/President of Right Turn Impact, Inc., a leading provider of recovery services in the state of Maryland. In addition, he volunteers his time, resources, and leadership to numerous organizations and has helped organize fundraisers and events for humanitarian causes locally and globally.

Debbie Dauer

Government Sales Manager, AFR Furniture Rental

As the National Government Sales Manager at AFR Furniture, Debbie has 20 years’ experience in management, business development and sales. Over the years, she has spent much of her time helping craft the mission of The IMPACT Society. Before joining our board, Debbie served on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Recovery House Tova, Inc and continues in an active management role with its successor, Nikki’s House. With all of her successes, her favorite position is being a mother to her 16 year old son.

Sabrina Biden

Youth Programs/SADD Support

Sabrina brings her interest and experience in helping others to her role each day. Before being part of The IMPACT Society team, she held a variety of customer service positions in retail, volunteered at local community organizations, and enjoyed being a nanny; she continues to help organize and participate in local clothing, food and toy drives. What Sabrina likes most about working with The IMPACT Society is all the other people who share her passion to help give younger generation’s brighter futures – especially because she has a beautiful 7 year old daughter for whom she would like the world to be a better place.

Rei Perri

Instructional Technologist, BG&E

Rei has a BS in Mass Communications from Towson State University. An award-winning documentary filmmaker, Rei has more than 25 years professional film and video experience as a producer, director and editor. He has won multiple Telly Awards, Cine Golden Eagle Awards, and is also a winner of the MCA-I Golden Reel Award. In his spare time, Rei likes to read, learn about the latest software, and make short films. Rei is very thankful that he has a wonderful, loving, patient wife. Rei is very excited and passionate about having an IMPACT on society.

Gail Zuskin

Vice President, Jewish Community Center

Gail is the vice president of The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore where she focuses on membership, marketing, governance and program supervision. Gail grew up in Baltimore County and is a graduate of the University of Rochester; she has her MS in Recreation Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Gail lives in Reisterstown with her husband Eddie and her daughters Kayla and Lindsey.

Andrea Jaskulsky

Attorney, Law Firm of Andy Jaskulsky

Andrea is a local attorney and owner of a Baltimore law practice specializing in criminal defense. She studied at the University of Maryland, School of Law and graduated in 2000 with a Doctor of Law degree in Health Law and Criminal Law. Andrea currently resides in the Baltimore area where she is a wife and mother.

Rhonda Richetta

Principal, City Springs School Baltimore

Rhonda Richetta is the principal of City Springs Elementary/Middle School, a high-poverty school in Baltimore, Maryland with a student population that is 99% African American. City Springs School is a Baltimore City Public Charter School operated by the Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP), a non-profit organization providing guidance to four public schools as they implement Direct Instruction. Ms. Richetta is in her fifth year as principal of City Springs Elementary/Middle School.

 

Jenna Adler

Marketing Specialist, Adler Display

Jenna graduated from The University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Mass Communication. Jenna began her career as a marketing intern at Brave New Markets, then was promoted to a Marketing Associate and remained with the company until joining her father’s company in 2013. She has experience in copy writing, email marketing, social media marketing, website design, video production and media buying. Jenna’s first initiative upon becoming a member of The IMPACT Society board was to co-chair the 2013, “Rockers in Recovery,” fundraiser at Goucher College. She is passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of young people.

Sara Meinsler

Professor, Anne Arundel Community College

Sara works at Anne Arundel Community College as the Student Internship Coordinator and Assistant Professor for the Human Services department. She received her Bachelors in Sociology at Washington College in 1993 and her Masters of Social Work at the University of Maryland in 1995. Sara is also a devoted wife and mother.
